01. The order
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after it has been shipped. The expected delivery day will be indicated when you place the order, and the same delivery time will be confirmed in your order confirmation. Please note that it is not possible for the shipping day on the order confirmation to differ from the day indicated when the order was placed.
Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?
If your order has a longer delivery time than originally stated, you have the option to cancel the affected items or the entire order. To do so, please contact our customer service team. If your order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two working days. However, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Once you have paid for your order, an invoice will not automatically be sent. If you wish to receive an invoice, you can obtain it in one of the following ways:
- Log in to your account on our store. From there, you can view your orders and download the invoice.
- Contact our customer service team, and we will send you the invoice via email.
02. Shipment
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 5 - 7 working days from the day of shipment. The exact delivery date will be provided during the checkout process and will be confirmed in the order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?
If the delivery time for your order is longer than what was initially stated, you can cancel all or part of the order. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. If your order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled, and the purchase amount will be refunded within two working days. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Invoices are not automatically sent with your order. You can download your invoice by logging in to your account on our store and viewing your order details. Alternatively, you can request an invoice by contacting our customer service team.
03. Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within the 14-day return period. Please contact customer service to initiate the exchange process. If the new item has a price difference, we will inform you of the additional payment or refund required.
What if I have a complaint about a product?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints about a product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of your complaint. We will address your concerns and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
